A. General Information

InMadeira.com represents an intermediate between service providers and Users. That means that we will only suggest experiences and make reservations easier for users, while the Suppliers are responsible to provide them according to the conditions advertised.

Whenever you make a booking in our website we recommend you to read the Suppliers’s Terms and Conditions, and take into account the specificities of each product.

InMadeira.com is not responsible for any contract or arrangement between users and service providers.

All services provided by suppliers are their responsibility. However, all the experiences presented in our website are planned and produced by legal, professional and reliable entities.

InMadeira.com reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions in order to adjust possible legislative changes or other information. In that sense, before visiting our website, you should read carefully these Terms and Conditions.

B. Bookings

When you make a booking in InMadeira.com you agree with the Terms and Conditions.

The experience depends on the availability and specific conditions of the selected Supplier, namely, in cancellation terms or booking changes, weather restrictions, age limit, users physical condition or others.

Booking is valid after delivering the voucher and paying for the experience to the service provider. On the experience day, the user must present his voucher to confirm his reservation.

To make a booking order in InMadeira.com, users must be over 18 years old.

C. Insurance

Service providers are responsible for providing insurance for each experience.

InMadeira.com is not responsible for suppliers' information flaws (availabilities, booking changes, rates, cancellations without notice), for services or products offered or other damages practiced (indirect, direct, consequential or punitive).

Users have to meet all the basic precaution conditions required by service providers, needed to carry out the experience.

D. Conditions and Cancelation Policy

1. The Supplier may cancel the activity for reasons such as: 

a. Adverse Weather Conditions.

b. Security conditions are not met.

In this case the service may be rescheduled or the user will be refunded in full of any deposits that were made for this service.

2. The user is subject to the supplier’s Cancelation Policy that may vary depending on the supplier and the service or product booked.

3. Cancellations made beyond 48 hours will qualify for a full refund of any deposits that were made for this service.

4. If the user fails to appear without notice (No Show), there will be no refund of the deposit made. It is considered that the user noticed cancelation when it is communicated with minimal advance defined for the service by written communication, e-mail, registered letter or by phone. It is necessary to clearly identify the reservation and services to cancel.
